Rule 25
Motion to End Discussion

(1) Except as otherwise written in this regulation, any member may submit a proposal to end the discussion on the proposal that has been presented in the meeting at any time with the permission of the chairman. (3) No amendment can be submitted or discussed on the proposal to end the discussion and if such proposal is accepted, the chairman will submit the original proposal to the meeting for decision making without further discussion. The end time can be fixed and if the time is fixed, the chairman can submit all the questions necessary to get the decision of the meeting on the original proposal in the meeting for decision, assuming that the discussion has ended within that time period.
